At ML Perfume, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will assist you with a return or exchange.

Damaged Products

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged products received during delivery.

To request a return or exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside.

Important Conditions

  • The unboxing video must be recorded from the beginning without cuts.
  • The sealed package must be visible before opening.
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Reporting Time

Customers must report damaged products within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange Process

After verifying the video proof, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged during delivery.
