Return & Exchange Policy

At ML PERFUME, we value your trust and satisfaction. Each product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
Please note that we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we do offer exchange in case of genuine issues such as damage in transit or receiving a different product.

1. Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The item received is damaged or leaked during transit, or

  • You received a different product than what you ordered.

2. How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us at mlperfumejdp@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, issue details, and clear unboxing photos or video proof.

3. Our support team will verify the issue and arrange an exchange for the same product.

3. Important Notes

• No returns or refunds are applicable for change of mind or personal fragrance preference.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In case the same item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit or replacement of equal value.
