Please note that we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we do offer exchange in case of genuine issues such as damage in transit or receiving a different product.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges are only applicable if:
