At ML Perfume, we take great care to ensure that every perfume is packed securely and delivered to you in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

1. No Return & No Refund

All products purchased through ML Perfume are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order is successfully placed, we do not accept requests for:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Product replacements due to personal preference
  • Changes of mind
  • Fragrance preference or dislike
  • Incorrect selection of fragrance
  • Issues related to fragrance performance, such as personal perception of longevity or projection
  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Any other reason after the order has been dispatched

No return or refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Damaged Products

We carefully inspect and pack our products before dispatch. However, if your package appears to have been physically damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at 8529334167.

For any damage-related complaint, you may be required to provide clear video proof of the package opening, showing the condition of the outer packaging and product.

Any complaint without appropriate proof may not be considered.

3. Wrong Product

If you believe you have received a product different from the product ordered, please contact us at 8529334167 as soon as possible with your order details and clear opening/unboxing video.

Any resolution for such cases will be considered only after verification by ML Perfume.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed or processed, cancellation may not be possible. Please ensure that your product, fragrance, quantity, and delivery details are correct before placing your order.

5. Refund Processing

Since ML Perfume follows a strict No Return & No Refund policy, refunds are generally not applicable to orders placed through our website.

In exceptional circumstances where ML Perfume determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund method and timeline will be communicated separately to the customer.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, fragrance name, size, quantity, and delivery information before completing their purchase.
